Lucheng® Ceramic Fiber Modules have an excellent insulation effect. Once installed as a refractory lining for kilns, ceramic fiber modules can be put into use immediately without the need for drying or maintenance. Multi form anchors are kept away from the hot surface, allowing for the installation of modules to be arranged in a parallel or mosaic floor arrangement.

Installation steps for ceramic fiber module lining
1. Rust removal of furnace wall steel plate;
2. Draw lines on the furnace wall steel plate according to the module size
3. Weld the module bolts onto the furnace wall panel
4. Lay a flat blanket on the furnace wall panel (two layers of staggered splicing)
5. Remove the aluminum silicate ceramic fiber module and screw the guide rod onto the small head of the bolt through the center hole of the module
6. Press the module towards the furnace plate
7. Use a specialized wrench to tighten the nut onto the bolt
8. Unscrew the guide rod
9. Install other modules in sequence
10. Extract the plastic tube from the center of the module
11. Fill the middle gap with ceramic fiber blanket
12. Remove the module bundling tape
13. Flatten and compress the compensation blanket for laying
14. Install the next row of modules.
