Ceramic fiber felt is vacuum-forming from ceramic fiber cotton produced by resistance melting and blowing process.
Ceramic fiber felt is a lightweight and flexible refractory fiber insulation material composed of high-purity ceramic fiber and organic binders.
Ceramic fiber felt not only has excellent performance corresponding to dispersed ceramic fiber cotton, but also has good strength and elasticity, making it a multifunctional product. Suitable for expansion joints and high-temperature gaskets on kiln and boiler walls. When used as a gasket, its excellent resistance to molten metal penetration is suitable for sealing the bottom plate of steel ingots, plug core gaskets, and aluminum billet casting gaskets.
