Characteristics Of The Furnace With Full Fiber Refractory Lining
Lucheng® Ceramic fiber module furnace lining is a full fiber furnace lining structure in which refractory fiber blankets are folded into a wind qin shape according to a certain width, then pre compressed to a certain amount, and tied together in a compressed state. Anchors are also pre embedded and fixed by bolts welded to the furnace wall panel. Its specific characteristics are as follows:
1. The refractory fiber module furnace lining has all achieved cold surface fixation, and the anchoring parts are far away from the working heat, which can save anchoring material to a certain extent and reduce engineering costs
2. Easy construction and short cycle: The refractory fiber module furnace lining has elasticity and predictable compression, so there is no need to leave expansion joints during construction. Construction personnel can take up their posts after basic training, and the impact of construction technology factors on the insulation effect of the furnace lining is small.
3. After construction, there is no need for baking and curing: using fire-resistant fiber folding module furnace lining, if not limited by other metal components, can quickly rise to the process temperature after construction, effectively improving the effective utilization rate of industrial furnaces and reducing non production fuel consumption
4. Thermal shock resistance: The refractory fiber module lining has particularly excellent resistance to severe temperature fluctuations. Under the premise that the heated element can withstand it, the fiber lining can be heated or cooled at any speed.
5. Anti mechanical vibration: Fiber blankets have flexibility and elasticity, and after being processed and made into folding modules, they have better overall integrity, greater strength, and are not easily damaged. The installed integrated furnace is not easily damaged when subjected to impact or vibration during transportation.
Advantages Of The Ceramic Fiber Module Lining Structure
1. The anchoring nails used for the module are located on the cold side of the lining (about 50 mm away from the steel plate), far from the hot side, which reduces the formation of thermal bridges between the furnace gas and the furnace wall panel, lowers the grade of the anchoring material, and thus reduces the cost of the project.
2. Fiber structure has good overall integrity, low fiber thermal conductivity, good overall insulation effect, low fiber bulk density, less load on the entire steel structure, and the module does not contain binders. During use, it will not react with smoke to generate harmful gases, which can effectively protect the steel plate.
3. The module itself does not contain moisture, and after construction, it can be put into production without the need for an oven, reducing the production cycle.

Installation requirements for ceramic fiber module lining of industrial kilns
The welding position of anchor nails should be accurate, and errors should be strictly controlled;
First, install the backing layer, and then proceed with the construction of the fiber module;
Install the furnace top module first and then install the furnace wall;
The installation of furnace wall modules should start from the bottom and be installed upwards;
The arrangement of modules often adopts the same direction "soldier column" arrangement. After installing a row of modules, the compensation blanket should be compressed and laid according to the requirements;
The connection between the top and the wall, as well as between walls, should be compressed and lined with compensation blankets;
Surface finishing after installation:
After the installation of the folding module is completed, it should be carefully inspected, and any gaps larger than 5mm should be filled with compensation blankets;
After filling the fiber blanket, use square wooden boards to flatten the surface of the folding module.
