The construction of the furnace-lined ceramic fireproof module is a professional and complex process, which requires strict compliance with a series of precautions to ensure the quality and safety of the construction. Here are some key points:
1. Pre-construction preparation:
Ensure that the construction environment is clean and avoid dust affecting the construction quality.
Check and confirm that the short anchor nails on the furnace wall have been welded, and lay thermal insulation rock wool with a thickness of 15~20mm on it.
2. Material management:
Refractory materials should be stored strictly in a classified manner, avoiding open stacking, and preventing moisture and sunlight.
Ensure the classification and management of aggregates, powders, additives and adhesives of refractory materials to avoid mixed use.
3. Construction temperature and humidity:
The temperature of the construction environment should be controlled above 10 °C, and protective measures should be taken when it is lower than this temperature.
The humidity should be maintained below 70% to ensure the normal installation of the fireproof board.
4. Template and feeding:
· The template used should be flat, the height should not exceed 1m, and the release agent should be brushed to ensure that the surface of the inner lining is smooth.
Determine the feeding amount according to the capacity of the mixer, and the feeding height should not exceed 300mm at a time, and the test block should be inspected.

5. Masonry and pouring:
The masonry should start from the kiln head, and the transverse ring masonry method should be adopted to ensure that the width of the brick joint meets the design requirements.
Castables construction should be carried out from bottom to top, according to the load-bearing structure and expansion joints.
The double-layer structure should be hung with a thermal insulation layer first, and then a refractory layer should be constructed.
6. Crack repair:
When cracks occur in construction, they should be repaired by digging and repairing, with a depth of 2/3 thickness and a width of about 50mm, and repaired with castable.
7. Expansion joint treatment:
According to the design requirements, the expansion joints are left and filled with refractory ceramic fibers and other materials.
Both sides of the expansion seam should be evenly pounded to ensure that the sutures are straight.
8. Preparation before oven:
After the lining is trimmed, it should be covered with plastic cloth in time to prevent it from drying too quickly.
Check the size of the crack before the oven, and when it exceeds the specified size, it should be repaired.
Following the above precautions can effectively ensure the construction quality and safety of the furnace-lined ceramic fireproof module, prolong the service life of the equipment, and ensure the safe production.
