Ceramic Paper

 

Lucheng® Ceramic paper is mainly made of selected aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton through wet forming process. On the basis of traditional processes, the slag removal and drying processes have been improved, characterized by asbestos free, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no layering, few slag balls (four centrifugal slag removal), flexible adjustment of bulk density according to the purpose, high strength (including reinforced fibers), good elasticity, and strong mechanical processing ability.

Ceramic paper (material: aluminum silicate fiber, AES) is produced by adding a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled binder to aluminum silicate refractory fibers. The binder will completely burn out during use.

According to different working conditions and applications, two types ceramic papers can be chosen: soft and hard, Hard ceramic paper has a stiff surface, but its softness, elasticity, and tensile strength are lower than those of soft ceramic paper.

 

With the advancement of technology and process optimization, the thickness of ceramic fiber paper may become thinner in the future.

Ceramic fiber paper can be cut into various shapes and used to make flange gaskets or other insulation materials

1.Fire prevention: Maintain intact shape and size even after a major fire.
2.High temperature resistance: There are two types of temperature resistance: 1260 ℃ and 1400 ℃.
3.Insulation: It can effectively prevent or slow down heat transfer, and the thermal conductivity at 800 ℃ can be as low as 0.12w/(m.k).
