Inorganic Soluble Fiber Board is rigid self-supporting Low-bio persistent Alkaline Earth Silicate fiber insulation boards, which is manufactured from a fiber slurry consisting of ceramic fibers and inorganic (smoke-free) binders. Inorganic Soluble Fiber Board is with low thermal conductivity, high strength and thermal stability at elevated temperatures, and has the capability to withstand chemical attack. Exceptions include hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalies. Additional hardness and strength can be achieved with post treatments.
Product features:
With new developped equipment, production technology and strict formula, the new inorganic ceramic fiber board has more accurate sizes, more delicate and smooth surface, extremely low shot content, low thermal conductivity and less heating shrinkage. It can be cut into various sizes, according to the use requirements, and can be processed by drilling and cutting.
It is an ideal environment protection material in high temperature heating furnace, wall hanging furnace, electric furnace and ovens.
Product application:
As thermal insulation and fire-resistant materials for metallurgy, petrochemical, glass, ceramics, non-ferrous metals and other industries conditions that required no smoked and no fire when in high temperature or open fire.
