Production process:

Bio soluble fiber is an artificial glass silicate high-temperature insulation fiber composed of CaO+MgO+SiO2 components. Bio-soluble fibers do not belong to any carcinogenic classification according to the EU regulation 67/548 NOTA Q standard.
Bio Soluble Inorganic Board is vacuum formed and rigid self-supporting fiber insulation boards manufactured from a slurry consisting of Bio-soluble fibers and inorganic binder.
Product features:
Bio soluble Ceramic Fiber Inorganic Board has same charactistics as ceramic fiber board like low thermal conductivity, high strength and thermal stability at high temperatures, lower heat storage and they have the capability to withstand chemical attack, exceptions include hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalies.
The obvious advantage of Soluble Fiber inorganic board is eco-friendly and additional hardness and strength can be achieved with post treatments.
1.Soluble fiber --- As calcium and magnesium and silica the property of being smoothly discharged even if it is absorbed into the human body, it is named Soluble Fiber or Bio Soluble Fiber.
2.Inorganic binder --- The maximum effect of the use of inorganic adhesive on high-temperature insulation boards is ① Insulation boards do not require calcination, saving fuel. ② Reduce water pollution during the production process, ③High temperature use does not produce smoke and reduces pollution.
