6. Module Installation: Take out the ceramic fiber module, screw the guide rod onto the screw, and then thread the module along the center hole through the guide rod and against the furnace plate. Use a special wrench to tighten the nut to the screw and unscrew the guide rod. Repeat this step for the installation of other modules.
7. Surface trimming: After the installation is completed, use a wooden board to flatten the surface of the module to ensure that the module is compacted, and the position with a large gap is filled with a compensation blanket.
8. Curing agent spraying: In order to prolong the service life of thermal insulation cotton and enhance the ability to resist wind erosion and air flow, a curing agent protective layer should be sprayed on the surface of the module.
9. Sealing installation: For the parts that need to be sealed, such as furnace doors, etc., ceramic fiber packing can be used for sealing. Make sure the packing material fits snugly and can withstand high temperatures.
