Ceramic fiber modules, as an efficient insulation material, are widely used in industrial kilns, building energy conservation and other fields. However, during use, some precautions need to be taken to ensure its excellent insulation performance and long-term service life.

1. Waterproof and moisture-proof. Although Ceramic fiber modules have excellent insulation performance, their sensitivity to water cannot be ignored. Once the module is eroded by moisture, its insulation performance will be seriously affected. Therefore, during use, it is important to avoid the module coming into contact with moisture as much as possible, especially in damp environments, and to take waterproof and moisture-proof measures.

2. Prevent mechanical impact. Due to the internal structure of the fiber module being a flexible material composed of interwoven fibers, its strength is relatively low, and the fiber surface is prone to damage due to collisions. Therefore, during installation and use, it is important to avoid severe impacts or scratches on the module to avoid affecting its insulation performance and service life.

3. Prevent wind peeling. In high-temperature environments, kilns with high wind speeds are prone to removing surface fibers, making it difficult to resist prolonged airflow erosion even if the surface is sprayed with curing agents. Therefore, during use, it is necessary to closely monitor the wind speed and temperature changes of the furnace, and take timely measures to prevent the occurrence of wind peeling phenomenon.

4. The design dimensions of the aluminum silicate fiber module furnace lining should be precise. Before installation, a professional insulation team is required to develop a plan and provide module installation drawings. During the construction process, it is necessary to strictly follow the dimensions marked on the drawings for laying out and welding anchor nails, and try to avoid the occurrence of gaps as much as possible. Any small gap may determine the service life of the furnace.

In summary, Ceramic fiber modules need to pay attention to issues such as waterproofing and moisture resistance, mechanical impact prevention, wind peeling prevention, and precision in furnace lining design dimensions during use. Only by strictly following these precautions can its excellent insulation performance be fully utilized and its service life be extended.
