Ceramic fiber module is a ceramic fiber blanket that is folded and compressed by a 5t press. This product is fire-resistant, insulated, has low thermal conductivity, flexible size, and is easy to construct. It is widely used in various thermal equipment.
Installation steps for Ceramic fiber module:
1. According to the module construction drawing, lay out the lines and weld the screws at the designated positions on the steel plate;
2. Thread a 30mm thick ceramic fiber blanket through the screw and lay it flat on the steel plate to fill the gap and achieve good insulation effect;
3. Module installation, place the nut in the socket wrench, feed it into the top of the bolt along the guide tube, and tighten it with force.
Precautions for aluminum silicate fiber module:
1. After installation, cut open the packaging tape of the module. The width direction is tightly squeezed together due to fiber expansion, and the length direction is to compensate for the gaps caused by fiber contraction after heating. The ceramic fiber blanket needs to be folded into the same thickness as the module and filled between two rows of modules in the length direction to achieve a better sealing effect.
2. After all the ceramic fiber modules are installed, cut open the packaging tape, remove the clamp plate, and gently pat the surface of the module to repair it flat.
3. To extend the service life of the module and improve the wind erosion resistance of ceramic fibers, high-temperature curing agent should be sprayed on the surface of the fibers after the module is installed, which can be sprayed with a spray can and brush, with a dosage of about 1.5kg/m2.
