The ceramic fiber module is made by folding the ceramic fiber blanket and pressing it with a 5t press. This product has the advantages of high insulation resistance, low thermal conductivity, flexible size, and convenient construction, and is widely used in various thermal equipment.
1、 Installation steps:
1. According to the module construction drawing, set out and weld the screws at the designated positions on the steel plate.
2. Pass a 30mm thick ceramic fiber blanket through a screw and lay it on a steel plate to fill the gap, achieving good insulation effect.
3. Install the module, put the nut into the socket wrench, and send it along the conduit to the top of the bolt, then tighten it firmly.
2、 Precautions:
After the module is installed, cut the packaging tape that can be tightly squeezed together due to the expansion of fibers in the width direction to compensate for the gap caused by the contraction of heated fibers in the length direction. It is necessary to fold the ceramic fiber blanket to the same thickness as the module and fill it between two rows of modules along the length direction of the module to achieve better sealing effect.
After all ceramic fiber modules are installed, cut the packaging tape, remove the clamp, and gently tap the surface of the module to ensure smooth repair.
In order to extend the service life of the module and improve the wind erosion resistance of ceramic fibers, after the module is installed, the surface of the fibers should be sprayed with high-temperature curing agent, which can be sprayed with a spray can and brush, with a dosage of approximately 1.5kg/m2.
