Using pure and selected ceramic fiber paper cotton as raw material, we produce good quality ceramic fiber paper by wet molding process. On the basis of traditional technology, we improve the shot removal and drying process which can guarantee better quality.
The production technology of ceramic fiber products make the fiber distribution very uniform, and paper thickness and bulk density can be strictly controlled.
The binder in it is scientific selection and strict control. It can be burnt off completely in high temperature.
It is characterized by no asbesstos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no stratification, less shot content, different bulk density according to use, high strength (added reinforced fiber), good elasticity and strong machin-ability.
It is suitable for heat insulation, heat preservation, sealing, electrical insulation, sound absorption and filtration in high temperature environment.
