Refractory fiber board is now widely used as a new type of insulation material, especially for equipment such as boilers. In order to promote thermal insulation, we usually need to understand its role in boilers. Below, we will discuss its role in boilers.
1, A commonly used auxiliary material in boilers is insulation material, and refractory fiber is a more commonly used type, such as refractory fiber needling blanket and refractory fiber bulk wool. The boiler temperature is not high and cannot reach the temperature level of industrial furnaces. Therefore, in terms of insulation material, refractory fiber material can be said to be more than sufficient. For example, its temperature resistance is within the range of 900-1400 ℃, and for steam boilers, it is only around 300-400 ℃, and then high energy can reach around 600 ℃. Therefore, for some boiler enterprises, refractory fiber insulation material is still almost used.
2, As the inner lining of a boiler, it is fixed to the furnace shell with anchor. The anchoring nails do not have direct contact with the atmosphere inside the furnace, which will not cause unnecessary heat loss. In order to effectively protect the refractory fiber board, some aluminum cloth that is more resistant to high temperatures is sewn on it. Compared with traditional stainless steel lining plates, this has the advantages of high temperature resistance, deformation resistance, and convenient repair.
The above is an introduction to the role of refractory fiberboard in boilers. The boiler equipment has high temperature requirements and requires insulation materials to further maintain the temperature. Only then can the heating effect of the boiler be better.
